Author Notes:

Earlier this year, I discovered (like so many before me) the PICO-8 and instantly fell in love. My introduction with computers and programming was the TRS80 and the charm of the PICO-8 brought me right back to those early days.

My favorite genre of game is RPG, playing many different ones over the years and decided a dungeon crawler would be a great PICO-8 starter project, so I began work on this in roughly April 2026, and continued on it part-time until today.

I wanted to thank the PICO-8 community at large for the endless wiki, youtube, blogs and forum posts I scoured to learn the ropes of PICO-8 development.

I hope you enjoy it :) Please feel free to leave any feedback!

Thanks, Mike
